Alterations Services at IDINA Bride

At IDINA, we offer professional alterations services to ensure your gown or evening attire fits you perfectly for your special occasion!

Appointment Booking

Who Can Book: Our alterations appointments are currently reserved for clients who have purchased items from our store.
Appointment Duration and Fees:
- Bridal fitting alterations appointments last one hour and require a fee of $75.
- Evening alterations appointments last 45 minutes and require a fee of $35.
- The fee is reimbursed toward the total cost of your alterations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If canceled within 24 hours, the full fee paid will be forfeited.
No Cancellations After Consultation: Once your alteration consultation has begun, no cancellations can be made.

Fee Utilization

Cancellation After Consultation: If you cancel your alterations after the consultation has begun, the fee paid will not be reimbursed and your alterations fee will not be refunded.
Deciding Not to Proceed: If you decide not to move forward with the alterations after your fitting, the fee will cover the time spent with the seamstress to consult with you.

Timeline Recommendations

Evening Alterations: We recommend allowing 2-3 weeks.
Bridal Alterations: We recommend allowing 4-6 weeks.
Rush Service: A faster timeline can be accommodated with an additional rush fee.
